Live Deals
When the Indian sales fall, how to spot an inflated MRP, and the deal pages that never go stale.
Mewaa means dried fruit. The name has been on this site since the first box of Alphonso went out, and the bazaar is the part of it that runs all twelve months — the pantry, the kitchen and the gift shelf, not just the eight weeks when the mangoes are on.
Affiliate links. Most links in the bazaar go to Amazon. If you buy through one we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, and that is what pays for this site. It costs you nothing and it does not change what we recommend. Full disclosure.
How we choose
Three rules, and they are the reason this is nine short pages rather than one long one.
The food shelves come first. The pantry, the kitchen, the gift shelf and kokum are the ones we have any standing to write, and they are the reason the bazaar exists. Since October 2026 there are also three off-season shelves — fitness, home health and a deals page — because the mango season is eight weeks long and this site runs twelve months. Each of those three says so in its own first paragraph rather than dressing itself up as Konkan.
The cheaper answer gets said out loud. Hay and a cardboard carton ripen mangoes as well as anything sold for the purpose. Where that is true, the page says so, even on the tile that is trying to sell you the thing.
Nothing is picked because of what it pays. The pantry shelf earns the least of anything here — groceries pay a fraction of what beauty does — and it is still the shelf we would keep if we had to keep one. The deals page is the honest exception: it exists to earn, it links to Amazon's own ranking pages rather than to anything we chose, and it says that at the top rather than at the bottom.
